Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum part size you process?

You can request our brochure for our industry 4.0 fleet of equipment, which specifies the characteristics for each item of machinery. The maximum size we can guarantee is approximately 1600x800x850mm with a weight of 1000-2000Kg.

At FL Engineering quality control is guaranteed as soon as material is ordered.

We have implemented our own in-house software which tracks and monitors every stage of the production cycle for each individual item that we process, right from when the raw material arrives on site.

All processes are monitored and we check the dimensions of parts in our air-conditioned metrology room.

How do you guarantee compliance with delivery dates?

Over time we have automated every production process, integrating software to manage production planning. Moreover, thanks to our automated tools and materials warehouses, we are always well-stocked without having to wait for raw materials to be ordered.

Do you provide certificates and quality guarantees?

Yes, definitely. We can provide certificates for materials processed and treatments.

Thanks to our Zeiss apparatus in our metrology room, we can provide dimension reports if requested by the customer.
