The company started out in 2002 as a mechanical engineering design firm specialising in industrial automation and heavy-duty engineering. Thanks to the passion of the founder and owner, Roberto Festa, for precision engineering, in 2018 the company moved to larger premises in the Erbusco (BS) industrial estate, retaining its identity as an engineering firm while expanding and developing to support continuous requests coming from long-established customers of
FL’s ENGINEERING WORKSHOP.
From the outset, the experience acquired in precision engineering and the determination that characterises the FL team were instrumental in creating an innovative, comprehensive range of equipment featuring cutting-edge technology, to provide a dynamic and competitive all-round service. Thanks to highly-qualified staff, we have implemented a work management system that enables us to track, plan and analyse every phase of the production cycle for individual items and small/large batches. When raw material arrives at the company, it is checked and labelled, and the system we created tracks its life cycle within our workshop, attaching an EN 10204 material test certificate to each individual part.
As a result of our internal management system, we have achieved significant results in terms of processing speed and timely deliveries, ensuring the precision that sets us apart and the reliability of a bespoke service created to fully meet your requirements
Our technical department uses the latest CAD-CAM design and engineering packages to program various workstations, setting the processes for the smallest step.
In 2020 we obtained ISO 9001 certification with the aim of offering our customers the benefit of a premium quality management system, with the certified control of each step in the production process guaranteed. This means we can optimise production, making things flow better while monitoring each phase closely.
The quality control department was set up in 2020, with the implementation of temperature-controlled metrology room fitted with high-precision equipment to ensure the excellence of end products for customers.
Our strength is production on a contracting basis, from the smallest individual parts through to large batches, applying the same focus regardless of the quantity to be produced and guaranteeing maximum quality.
