FL therefore delivers bespoke engineering solutions on demand, with the aim of giving customers the most appropriate solution to meet their needs. An essential phase is prototyping where the product is tested and analysed to make changes where appropriate. Bespoke turnkey solutions
Consultation, Design, Implementation, Assembly, Testing, Quality Control and Documentation are the focus at FL Engineering. We handle the work process or even just individual phases if required, such as design, implementation, or assembly etc. Our team uses sophisticated design and engineering programs to meet any project or work requirement. We are always open to liaising with customers or suppliers and can provide a personal consultation in numerous applications and engineering processes. On receiving project instructions, the technical department evaluates feasibility and, after exchanging information with the customer, we complete the design and detail for parts, assessing the construction material and most suitable equipment for the implementation phase.
Our CAM software team plan and programme operations on our industry 4.0 equipment to manage production as quickly as possible using our company software (for individual parts, batches or large-scale production). During this production stage parts are checked in our metrology room using precision equipment.
At this stage, if TURNKEY solutions are being made the items are assembled in the assembly and test department, in an area made available to the customer for these operations. The technical department will also provide all certified documentation for the design implemented, and carry out after-sales maintenance on the equipment we produce. On request we can also provide a support service for equipment made by other producers which needs servicing or upgrading, thanks to our problem-solving approach that lets us deliver a quick, flexible service.
